I do love it when submissions come my way that take place in my home state of Arizona. It's a little bit of a plug for this beautiful state! This submission comes by way of Two Bright Lights from Jenae Lopez Photography, and we are so grateful to share this lovliness!
I cannot help but to swoon over this gorgeous bridal shoot! With the Arizona desert as the backdrop, and this stunning bride-to-be modeling a vintage bridal gown, it's really a scene to behold.
Here is a note from Jenae, the photographer herself:With the Sonoran sunset and cactus soldiers as our backdrop, my beautiful model and I headed out for some vintage Wedding dress fun! The gown is actually her Mother's Wedding gown-- and she wanted to get some pre-engagement photos in the dress. At the same time, she was a very artistically-inspired gal-- so wanted to make it a trendy and artistic shoot--- I think we nailed it! We changed clothes a few times, either adding to the dress, or keeping with the Ivory/white themed "dress code". I am in love with these images...I love the thought of a Vintage bride with some flair!
For the first time on the blog, I present to you Jenae Lopez Photography!
I don't know which image is my fave, I love them all! This bride-to-be is just gorgeous, and embraces the desert environment so well. I love that she chose to wear her mother's wedding gown, it is perfect for the coloring and lighting that the desert offers.
One of the images that stands out the most is the one where she is walking along the road, with guitar in hand, it has that 70's vibe to it for sure! The images where she adds a bit of fancy cowgirl touches are perfect as well for a desert shoot-did you notice the heart on her cowboy boots? Love it!
Many thanks to Jenae Lopez Photography for submitting this gorgeous bridal shoot!
