{Trash The Dress} Refreshing Waters

Happy Thursday everybody!  Fancy a dip in the river...in your wedding gown?  This lovely lady sure did for her Trash The Dress session!  I guess there is nothing like really giving your wedding dress that one last spin like submerging it into water.  Would you attempt the same?  With my dress I would not, my mom would kill me, but I wouldn't mind finding a simple white dress, naming it a wedding dress, and doing a similar TTD session...hmmm, something to consider.

Well, today's TTD was submitted from Robinwood Photography, being featured for the first time on the blog, via Two Bright Lights.  Here is a little note from Susan, the gal behind the camera:
Kristen contacted me for a Trash the Dress Session for her one year anniversary. She knew she wanted to wear her dress in the water. Since she is a professor at Texas State University in San Marcos, TX we decided to meet up at the San Marcos River for her session. We had a ton of onlookers watching as we shot her session. People couldn't believe that a bride would be wearing her gown in the water.

Let's see this shoot, shall we?  Introducing Robinwood Photography!

What a fun twist to Trashing The Dress! Kristen, the bride on her 1 year anniversary, looks like she had a fun time getting into the river to frolic in her wedding gown!  This last image here of her laughing sums up that she had a blast on her shoot, which is just as these shoots should make one feel.

Many thanks to Robinwood Photography  for submitting to us this fun Trash the Dress shoot!
