{Real Couples} Elli & Scott's University of Florida "Gator Country" Engagement Shoot

We have a fun collegiate engagement shoot to share with you today!  I find it touching when couples whom met at college decide to have their engagement session in and around the institutions surroundings.  Institutions will always be there, and it's great for couples to be able to return to their alma mater where their memories and life began for years to come.

Per Tonya, with Tonya Beaver Photography, today's featured couple Elli & Scott met while attending the University of Florida.  Scott later proposed to Elli on a rain drenched day at the "Swamp in Gainesville", right there on campus, and the two decided to take advantage of the vast grounds and stadium to have their memorable engagement session.

We are happy to welcome Tonya Beaver Photography for the first time to the blog!

Elli & Scott have quite the school spirit!  From wearing the school colors to having "Albert the Gator" included in the shoot, and all the stadium time, it's a great way to show that their school pride lead to their betrothal.

If you and your sweetie met at college, would you take your engagement shoot to that school's campus? I believe I would've considered it if I had met my husband at college.  My mascot was "Louie the Lumberjack", and I think it would've added a quirky bit of humor to the shoot if that was the case!

Many thanks to Tonya Beaver Photography for submitting your work to the blog!
