Today's featured wedding is so sweet to look upon, to have seen it in person would have been such a treat. Some of my favorite things about this wedding are the color palette, the large oak tree the couple marries under, and the many DIY elements seen throughout.
I present to you Brittany & Michael's outdoor wedding, beautifully photographed by Joshua Tyi Photography.
How sweet to marry under such a gorgeous oak tree! The property where this wedding takes place is called Oak Tree Manor, so it's only fitting to exchange vows at the site such an historic piece of nature.
Although this wedding takes place in the fall, the color palette is fitting for late spring and summer as well! I love the way that aqua and tangerine play with each other, as seen with the beautiful bridesmaid dresses and the Gerbera daisies. No need for flashy bouquets here, simple stems make quite the impact.
I love all the diy detailing as well, including the random use of the little garden gnome, the cake, and the old fashioned candies for the candy bar. It's all so charming and whimsical.
Many thanks to Joshua Tyi Photography for submitting your beautiful photography to the blog!
