{Styled Shoot} Urban Chic with a Twist of Bacon

I am so excited to share this styled shoot with all of you lovelies today! It was submitted to us by Jill Lauren Photography, and I am in love with every bit of it! For one thing, the shoot takes place in Phoenix, (my neck of the woods) at this cool urban venue called The Icehouse, which is apart of the Downtown Phoenix Venues group.  The bride & flower girl are both dolls in their dresses provided by Almond Tree Wedding Boutique and Juju's Tutus. They look like they had a blast!

As you soon shall see, there is a lot of great attention to detail in the styling and setup for this shoot.  I am loving the color palette of yellow, gray and white, by the way, it fits the venue so well.   BTS Event Management, with the help of Modern Revival and AZ Flower Bar did an excellent job putting this all together.  You have to see what they did with the flowers on the tabletops!

And the best part about this shoot??? It features a first ever on this blog...a bacon dessert bar!!!  Oh my goodness, it's all so delicious looking! The sweets come from Glitz and Glam Cupcakes, which means that now they are on my radar, they will be getting an order from me!

I am swooning, and dare I say salivating over this shoot?! I love the unique use of the flowers and wine glasses! Did you notice the glasses used as cloches with the single flowers underneath? The choice of flowers used enhances that chic and almost geometric look.  It is truly genius!

I love that each table has it's own cake too! And all different from the other.  And what of those bacon treats? I'm super curious as to how chocolate dipped bacon tastes now! Guests will surely be talking about this feature at your wedding, should you go the bacon treats route!

The venue as a whole is quite an awesome establishment.  I love the raw, exposed bones of the structure, like the ceiling, the brick walls, and the cement floors. When the whole space is dressed up with linened tables that are styled fantastically with a twist, it's a definite A+ in our book!
