How will you celebrate your 5th Wedding Anniversary? How about with a gorgeous styled shoot, like the one seen here?! If you didn't get the most out of your wedding photography, or you did and you want to re-enact your wedding day, setting up a styled shoot to show your romance still thrives is a fabulous idea, especially when you have creative minds to help you out!
Today's gorgeous shoot was submitted to us by Mary at Evie and Jr. Photography and Nicole with Roots Reclaimed. I am swooning over the lighting and dreamy peach, coral, aqua & white color palette. The vintage details and rustic set up is so charming and completely inspiring.
Here is a little detail behind Natalie & Robert's sweet shoot:We wanted to recreate a couple's wedding day in the colors, style, and love they imagined. Natalie and Robert just celebrated their 5 year anniversary. They have 4 children together and are really down to earth and sweet people that work hard for their family. Natalie is just one of those Moms that pays so much attention to detail and she deserved this day! Obviously, she is stunning and was easy to photograph!
She used her original wedding dress because we felt this is such a significant part of the day and the dress needed to be photographed again. We spruced Robert up in a bow tie and vest but stayed casual to compliment the style we were going for.
We paid attention to the small details like little vintage keys, books, soda bottles and glass jars. We used vintage doilies to lay across the table for a runner and fabric to decorate the back of the chairs. The styled shoot really took on a life of its own as we came to know more about Natalie and Robert. We reused and repurposed just about everything we could find!
The bamboo bike in our opinion and the flowers were a highlight of the day and celebration. They were whimsical and cute, and made a statement.
Natalie and Robert are still so in love and have fun together and we think that the session really captures the bond between them still!
Behold this beautiful styled shoot, captured by Evie and Jr. Photography:
I cannot say enough how much I love the imagery seen here. All the details work so beautifully, the colors, the lighting it is magical. What a way to commemorate 5 years of wedded bliss! Happy Anniversary to Natalie & Robert!
