{Styled Shoot} You Are My Cup Of Tea

We have such a lovely styled elopement shoot to share with you today, full of sweet inspiration on so many levels.  I love the "tea" theme, especially one that includes a crepe cake! Yum!

The submission comes to us from Caitlin Gerres Photography.  Caitlin shared with us how this shoot came to be:
I teamed up with Tianna of Truly Ty Photography to plan this Garden Elopement Stylized Shoot. We wanted to tell the story of a beautiful young couple whose relationship started with two cups of tea at a café in Yorktown, VA. Savannah and Erik knew they wanted to pledge their lives to each other and they knew a bed and breakfast in Yorktown would be the perfect place to do it. Simple. Intimate. Perfect.

Seriously, grab a cup of your favorite tea, maybe a sweet to go with, and enjoy this lovely styled shoot, captured by Caitlin Gerres Photography:

Whatever event I am hosting next, I am making a crepe cake just like this one! So beautiful and delicate.  Of course I'll serve some tea along with it to.  It is not only perfect inspiration for an elopement, but a bridal shower too!

Caitlin explains a bit more about the different elements of the shoot and the collaborators that participated:
Karen of Aleen Floral Design created a whimsical bouquet for the bride from light pink stock, pink roses, gerbera daisies, yellow tulips, buplurm, and salad leaf.

Emma of Sweet Emma Lou created a crepe cake with chantilly cream filling, a cake doughnut tower, and a mixed berry breakfast cake with a lemon glaze.

Jenn of Just a Lil Studio created an elopement announcement for the couple to send to their friends and family. She also designed tea bag labels and guest check cards for the couple to write love notes on.

We used mismatched china and teacups to give the reception tablescape a collected, layered look.

I love the idea of the guest check cards! So imaginative, and super cute!

Our many thanks to Caitlin Gerres Photography and all whom helped in this styled shoot for submitting to us such a fantastic collaboration!
