{Real Weddings} All The Pretty Flowers

What is your favorite flower? We would love to know! Please share with us your answers in the comment section below.  I personally have a thing for Sterling Roses.  I just love their lavender hue.  Since featuring countless weddings by now, I find myself loving different flowers in the most unique colors, so my taste is always changing, but still holding onto my fave.  Dahlias seem to be topping my list, however, especially when they are in dark moody colors.

Well, today's featured wedding, submitted by Amanda Hedgepeth Photography, is chalk full of beautiful
springtime flowers! There are tulips, daisies, roses, sunflowers, hydrangeas (I think), peonies, irises, and more that I cannot identify, but love seeing.  Even the groom's thistle boutonniere plays into the floral theme.

Amanda shared a bit about some of the details seen here:
Anthropologie vases, simple clear mason jars and accents filled with wild flowers from the outdoor cocktail hour to the ceremony spot were the sweetest touch to their relaxed day. No bridesmaids, no groomsmen..just friends and family, everyone with a cocktail in their hand and a smile on their face. Abaigh's simple but flowing chiffon gown was from Nordstrom and her gorgeous bouquet filled with soft pink and white peonies. It was one of those weddings that people leaving praising and talk about for years to come.

Please enjoy Abaigh & Paul's lovely springtime wedding, captured beautifully by Amanda Hedgepeth Photography:

What a sweet wedding! I love seeing the hanging bottles of flowers as decor, it is definitely perfect for a springtime or even a summertime wedding.  I also love the vintage milk bottles for centerpieces.

Our thanks to Amanda Hedgepeth Photography for this beautiful submission!
