Happy Halloween!! Wherever you reside, we hope you will have a hauntingly good time on this festive and spooky day! What costumes will set out to Trick-or-Treat from your home tonight? This will be our first year to celebrate with our 13 month old! Last year she was 1 month old, and well, at that time putting her into a costume wasn't right. But this year it is! She will be in a baby owl costume that I put together...eek! If you're interested in seeing that, please check out my lifestyle blog tomorrow on the final pics & how I made her outfit!
Now back to all things spooky & wedding related...Today's featured styled anniversary shoot is right in time for this All Hallows Eve, and it's as beautiful as it is creepy! If you have a phobia of doll heads, be warned!
Kim with Kim TrueLove Photography sent over the shoot, and shared with us about how this project came to fruition:Not only have Michelle and Matthew been married for 10 years, they are best friends and lovers of halloween and horror films. Any given halloween, they dress up in their spookiest get-up and watch horror movies till dawn. They contacted me about their 10th anniversary Rock the Dress session and I knew that we had to theme it around their love for Halloween and horror flicks! I worked with bride Michelle, and Laura from Gathered Events, to brainstorm this concept and we created the theme, in Laura's words “Living meets the Dead…”, with spooky elements and beautiful details and design.
Please enjoy this fun spooky anniversary shoot, captured by Kim TrueLove Photography:
