Styled Shoot: Garden Elegance at Gibbons' Green Gate Farm

We are excited to share a beautiful styled shoot with you, our first since having started back with Two Bright Lights! This styled shoot comes to us from Utah Wedding Photographer Katie G. Photography.  She worked in collaboration with an ensemble of creative vendors in the wedding industry of Northern Utah, and they pulled together the beauty that you see below.  The photography was captured by both Natural Bourne Photography as the main photographer & Katie G. Photography as the second shooter. The venue was Gibbons' Green Gate Farm.

Katie shared with us some insight into this collaborative effort:
As a wedding photographer, I’m always looking for upcoming trends and styles. This year, I found it in rural northern Utah. A country wedding need not always be “rustic” or “shabby chic”. The simplicity and elegance of the Gibbons' Green Gate Farm provides an alternative wedding style- one of classic charm.

What inspired me for the shoot was the variety of settings in one location. From the water features and Italian pergolas in the cultivated gardens to the newly remodeled Carriage House Reception Center, Green Gate Farm is the perfect location for the perfect wedding day. The clean lines, natural d├ęcor and the abundance of flowers echo the charm and refinement of an English garden.

I assembled a creative team made up of local wedding industry professionals all dedicated to their craft. Every element came together to create this original shoot highlighting the talented wedding vendors available in northern Utah and Gibbons Green Gate Farm as a premier wedding venue.

Please enjoy this beautiful styled shoot, captured by Katie G. Photography:

The dashing groom and gorgeous bride look beautiful in their wedding attire. I love the bride's hair styling and lovely lace gown. It's the perfect combo for a venue such as this. The beautiful bold colors in the bouquet and atop the cake are really eye catching, and work with the soft background. And, I love the fact the alter is in a greenhouse, there is something magical about that.  The natural lighting that comes through and shines down is stunning.

Our many thanks to Katie G. Photography, and all vendors involved in this shoot, for sending over this beautiful submission.
