Your wedding is one of the most important days of your life. It is one of the few days when all eyes will be on you. Everyone will want to see what you are wearing and there will be many photographs of the special day to cherish forever. It is usual for brides to want every aspect of this day to be perfect, and this includes looking the best they can. Is your wedding 6 months away? Here are some tips to help you get back in shape.
Make a plan
It is essential to have a plan. There are many things which need to be accomplished each day to ensure your big day goes without a hitch. Take time every morning to record what you intent to achieve in that day. You may not achieve it all but you will be better organized. Make sure exercise is part of this plan. Working out at least 4 times a week will transform your body beautifully in 6 months. This way, your wedding dress will fit perfectly.
Mornings are the best time to undertake exercise. Working out in the morning won’t just get you going; it will also set you up for the day. It also ensures you are exercising and starting to get fit for your big day. Leaving exercise to later in the day can often mean it is not completed. This is due to either things running behind schedule and a lack of time or a lack of energy.
Hydration matters the most
Water is essential. A hydrated bride-to-be will think more clearly, not to mention that her body will feel lighter and more balanced too. Water has lots of important benefits. It improves the look of the skin, hair and nails, and it makes sure that the digestive system functions properly.
Speed up the metabolism
There are many ways to boost your metabolism and both improve your fat burning power and feel more energetic. One excellent way to help this is to start the day by squeezing a fresh lemon into a glass of water with a drop of turmeric; a side effect of the increase in metabolism is an improved complexion.
It is vital to eat healthily meals at exact hours. In the hectic build up to a wedding, it is often possible to forget to eat properly. There are many important things on your mind; to ensure you always feel alert and full of energy plan your meals in advance and eat at as close to set times as possible. Regular workouts also need to be planned into your schedule to make sure you do not skip these. In addition to this, it is important to eat as few chemicals, additives and sugar as possible. Many of these foods will make it hard for you to lose weight and will make you tired. To achieve this try to stick to unprocessed food with plenty of fruit and vegetables.
Your workout routine is the difference between looking toned or not. A toned body will ensure you feel fantastic on your wedding night. Having confidence in your own body will provide many benefits. Confidence shows and you will be able to relax and enjoy your day properly.
It is always easier to accomplish something if you have support. It is best to ask one of your friends to do the fitness plan with you. Supporting each other to a common goal will mean a far increased chance of achieving that goal. A regular catch up with your fitness partner will also ensure a time out from the wedding plans.
It can be physically and mentally draining planning and organizing your big day. To ensure you do not wear yourself out make sure you take time to yourself. Take time by yourself or with a friend to do something that is non-wedding related that you both enjoy. It will allow you to see the bigger picture and temporarily de-stress you.
Planning and having a wedding is a once in a lifetime experience. Your daily journal will help you to remember every detail. It is also a great idea to take as many photos as possible – these will be your memories. Even the bad moments will become a source of amusement in the future!

Are there any take-aways you gathered from Jefferey's tips? I do agree that working out gives you your "own time", away from everyone, unless you're working out with a friend/spouse-to-be, etc. If you are not alone during your work out time, you can make it a rule to not talk about anything wedding related.
I do like the tip of fresh lemon juice in water, with turmeric! Quick metabolism and great complexion combo is a definitely plus.
