Real Weddings: Tiffany & Scott's Michigan Farm Wedding

Happy Monday! Hope your weekend was a great one! To start the week on a fresh and sweet note, we have this lovey wedding to share with you today, captured by our friends at Wren Photography! Oh how I wish I had a location like this to visit, and especially to have a wedding at!

Photographer Jennifer had this to say of the couple's beautiful outdoor Michigan wedding:
There is no way we can put into words how amazing Mr. & Mrs. Turner's wedding was! We arrived at Tiffany's grandparents farm in Cooks, MI and loved the scenic views in every direction. Their ceremony was held in front of an ivy covered building, right next to a garden of sunflowers--it's the stuff dreams are made of. After the wedding the bridal party made their way around the farm, stopping for photos by the orchard, red barn, and gardens. Then it was off to a nearby wheat field. It seems simple enough to photograph in a field, but in the U.P. majority of the land is covered by woods and miles of shoreline. So we jumped for joy when Scott & Tiffany found this amazing location for pictures. Later on at their Terrace Bay Inn reception guests enjoyed the view of the setting sun on Lake Michigan and dined on all sorts of goodies, including a s'more making station! All in all it was a fantastic day for Mr. & Mrs. Turner!

What a gorgeous day! The surrounding area is stunning! I love the barn set up for the ceremony, and that sweet "you are my sunshine" piece of art hanging on the building. That same sentiment was also on the cake, which is nice to see that pulled through. And those sunflowers are gorgeous! Definitely puts cheer into the setting.

I love the bridesmaid dresses and those rustic yet chic bouquets, using wheat and lavender branches! Definite win for me...I'm a sucker for lavender, it was also in my own wedding. Tiffany's brooch bouquet is gorgeous as well!

And, let's talk about the penitentiary bus as the transportation from farm ceremony to reception! That's epic! Totally unexpected and awesome!

Our thanks again to Wren Photography for another beautiful wedding for us to feature!
